These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Rovixy website, product pages, shopping tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

1. About the store

Rovixy offers practical home products through this storefront. The store is powered by Shopify, which provides commerce services including cart, checkout, payment processing, order administration, and related infrastructure. A purchase is made from Rovixy, not from Shopify.

2. Eligibility and responsible use

You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order and for keeping any account or order-access information secure.

You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means without permission, or use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

3. Product information and compatibility

Rovixy aims to present product descriptions, images, prices, variants, and compatibility guidance accurately. Screen settings and photography can affect how colors and scale appear. Product fit and suitability can depend on the installation setting, dimensions, surface, switch type, clearance, movement, and other conditions described on the relevant product page.

Please review all product information and compatibility guidance before ordering. Do not use a product in a way that conflicts with its instructions, warnings, or intended purpose.

4. Prices, discounts, and payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency indicated by the storefront. Discounts, taxes, shipping charges, currency conversion, and the final amount payable are determined and displayed by Shopify checkout. The amount shown at checkout before an order is submitted is the final source for that transaction.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at Shopify checkout. Rovixy does not ask customers to submit payment-card information through the Product Guide, Shopify Inbox, contact form, or ordinary messages.

5. Orders

Please review the selected product, variant, quantity, delivery address, and total before submitting an order. Order availability and acceptance may be subject to payment authorization, inventory, shipping availability, fraud-prevention checks, and applicable law. Shopify-generated order communications contain the transaction details recorded for an order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, rates, and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping Policy and finalized at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, and events outside reasonable control.

7. Refunds and returns

Requests involving returns, refunds, damaged items, or incorrect items are handled under the Refund Policy available through the store. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

8. Product Guide and Shopify Inbox

The rules-based Rovixy Product Guide is an optional source of general product, compatibility, shipping, checkout, and navigation information. It does not use OpenAI and cannot access orders, accounts, carts, or payment details. Shopify Inbox is a separate optional support channel for direct conversations with Rovixy. Neither tool replaces the published product pages, policies, order information, or Shopify checkout. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive information. Additional information is provided in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Rovixy name, branding, website design, text, graphics, product presentation, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Rovixy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the store is permitted. No other right or license is granted unless stated in writing.

10. Third-party services and links

The Services may depend on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and external websites. Those services may have separate terms and privacy notices. Rovixy is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its reasonable control.

11. Service availability

Rovixy may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons. Temporary interruptions can occur. Nothing in this section affects obligations for orders already accepted or rights that apply under law.

12. Liability and consumer rights

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rovixy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from misuse of the Services, use contrary to product instructions, or events outside reasonable control. This section does not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Privacy

Use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in the Privacy Policy. Information submitted to the store is processed by Shopify and relevant service providers to provide and improve the Services, which may involve processing in countries other than the customer’s own.

14. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Services, store practices, or legal requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply from publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.
