Shipping Policy
Clear shipping rates, delivery estimates, and order guidance for Rovixy customers.
Rovixy ships to the destinations offered by Shopify checkout. The shipping options available for an order depend on its delivery address and the items in the cart.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery
Malaysia
Domestic standard shipping
- US$6.99 for orders below US$50
- Free for orders of US$50 or more
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Available international destinations
International standard shipping
- US$6.99 for orders below US$50
- Free for orders of US$50 or more
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
Checkout is the final source. If Shopify checkout displays a different shipping rate, destination availability, or delivery estimate for an address, the information shown at checkout applies to that order.
Delivery estimates
Delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, high-volume periods, and address issues may affect delivery timing.
Shipping destinations
We can only accept orders for destinations and addresses supported at checkout. If a shipping option does not appear after an address is entered, we are not currently able to ship that order to the selected destination.
Delivery address
Please review the delivery address before placing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact Rovixy support as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started.
Tracking
When tracking is provided by the carrier, it will be made available for the order. Carrier tracking can take time to update after a parcel has been handed over.
Delivery problems
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or has not arrived after the delivery estimate shown at checkout, contact Rovixy support with the order number and relevant details so the order can be reviewed.
